Whether tank trucks, Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC), or rail tank cars: we clean containers with a volume of 1 m3 or more. The cleaning process is precisely adapted to the last load. The air-dried large container is then subjected to a final inspection. In this way, we ensure that the next freight is guaranteed to be protected from contamination. We also carry out the disposal of residual materials or of wastewater and exhaust air, which are produced during the cleaning process, carefully and professionally for you in our facilities.
Our local presence at CHEMPARK Leverkusen and direct rail links ensure that the logistics costs for transporting the cleaned containers remain low and that your orders are processed quickly and cost-effectively.
SQAS-Certificate
The assessment covered the "Core" and "Cleaning Specific" elements and has been carried out using the Cefic SQAS Tank Cleaning Questionnaire and Guidelines.
Chemion is a member of DVTI (Association of German Interior Tank Cleaning Facilities) and meets the requirements for occupational safety, quality, and environmental protection in terms of SQAS (Safety and Quality Assessment System) and thus also EFTCO (European Federation of Tank Cleaning Organisations and the European Chemical Industry Council or Cefic (from its former French name Conseil Européen des Fédérations de l'Industrie Chimique). Container Cleaning is, therefore also authorised to issue European Cleaning Documents (ECD).
The disposal of hazardous goods and chemical substances places high demands on logistics and must be perfectly coordinated with the production process. This is why we take care of the professional disposal of our customers' waste exactly when it is needed – around the clock, seven days a week.
With dump trucks and 20' ISO tank containers including transport vehicles, our fleet of vehicles includes various operating equipment and vehicles designed for the disposal of chemical waste. Optionally, the use of heatable settling containers with built-in pumps is also possible. They ensure that production residues do not harden but can be transported in liquid form. This eliminates the need for time-consuming and cost-intensive cleaning of the container used.
Whether at fixed times or "on-call": Our disposal logistics with trained specialist personnel offers you maximum flexibility. If required, we can be on-site in the shortest possible time to take over the professional disposal of your hazardous goods. Also, our waste and transport management system is directly linked to the disposal facility of our partner CURRENTA-Umwelt. We will also be happy to prepare all the necessary documents for you.
