We can offer you approx. 2,800 storage facilities. All within strategic locations. These facilities are among the most extensive storage and freight terminals for hazardous goods in Germany. Their location ensures excellent connections to road and rail, public CT (Combined Transport) terminals, and the ports of Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam (ARA).
Our bimodal storage and transshipment terminals at the CHEMPARK sites in Leverkusen and Dormagen, Germany, offer over 720 storage locations. In Leverkusen alone, our capacities include more than 340 hazardous goods storage areas for tank and box containers measuring 20 feet (6 m) in length and an annual container turnaround of approx. 20,000 TEU. In 2021, another dangerous goods container terminal with 1,000 parking spaces went into operation in CHEMPARK Dormagen.
Our tri-modal terminal in Leverkusen provides the flexibility to integrate waterways into your transportation method. A gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 40 t and a boom that extends 40 m, ensures efficient container handling in the chemical port. The transshipment capacity is approx. 30,000 TEU/year. In addition to the 460 storage bays for hazardous goods, 600 storage spaces are available in the empty container storage/depot.
