Purchase / delivery: contract conclusion
The General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Conditions of Sale and Delivery, apply to all contracts with CHEMION. They also apply if the contractual partner refers to its own terms and conditions when placing the order. By placing a purchase order, you simultaneously agree to all other terms and conditions of CHEMION that are displayed on the website. If an order is placed using the order forms made available by CHEMION on the website, this shall be deemed an offer to CHEMION for the conclusion of a contract. The contract will not be concluded until the written order confirmation is forwarded by CHEMION. If the order confirmation deviates from the details given by the customer in the order, the customer shall be obligated to correct the details in writing without undue delay. Otherwise, the contract shall become effective under the terms of the order confirmation.
